June 23, 2019 is Indigenous Sunday. We will be honouring our First Nations, Metis and Inuit people in our worship this week. Our readings, our music, our prayers and our storytelling will acknowledge our continued journey toward reconcilation. Our goal is to rediscover what the Indigenous peoples can teach us about the Creator and about our relationship with Mother Earth. There are special activities planned for our children and for our adult commmunity as well. Traditional food is planned for our reception after worship at St James.
