Saturday August 30, 2013 – Event: A celebration of the new Community Garden in Carp will be held at St James Anglican Church (3774 Carp Rd) on Sat. Aug 31 from 10am to noon. This garden is a collaboration between the West Carleton Country Kitchen, our Parish and many other great organizations. It is open to the public for picking (and weeding!). This Saturday children are invited to help decorate the new garden boxes, there will be healthy back to school snack samples and recipes, and back to school tips.
