On Sunday, September 17th from 1:30 - 4:30 we will spend three hours at the Eco-Wellness Centre enjoying nature, chatting, learning, sharing and eating!
This retreat will be geared towards taking three hours out of the craziness of September to ground yourself in mindfulness, creation, community and support.
Please wear comfy clothes for heading outside for a nature walk.
Cost is 25.00 and payment can be arranged with Cathy Yocom at the office (huntleyoffice@bellnet.ca or 613-839-3195)
